PM &R APP Needed at CentraCare in St. Cloud, MN

The PM&R Department is an integral specialty within our comprehensive Neuroscience Program, which includes the services of Neurology, Neurosurgery, Pain Medicine, Stroke and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

Job Details:

• Position Type: Full-time, 0.8 FTE
• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 2 weeks at St. Cloud Hospital (5-day work week)
• 2 weeks in clinic at CentraCare Plaza (3-day work week)
• Limited weekend and on-call phone responsibilities (rotation approximately once per month)
• Team Structure: Work at the top of your license alongside a team of 2 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Common Diagnoses Treated:
• Brain injury
• Post-stroke care
• Multiple sclerosis
• Parkinson’s disease
• Amputations
• Other musculoskeletal conditions

Requirements:

To be eligible for this position you must meet the following requirements:

• Completion of a formal nurse practitioner or physician assistant program approved by a national accrediting agency
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant 
• Current or pending licensure in the State of Minnesota
• BLS Certification
