As a Critical Care Nurse, you’ll become an Officer in the U.S. Army healthcare community while providing the very best nursing care to our Soldiers and their families. You’ll provide potentially life-saving medical services, procedures, and consultations to our Soldiers when they need it most.

Active Duty (Full-Time)
- Loan Repayment: $120,000 in student loan repayment in $40,000 annual payments to qualifying federal student loans paid directly to the lending institution through the Active-Duty Health Professions Loan Repayment Program (ADHPLRP).
- Sign-on Bonus: $100,000 signing bonus for 4 years of service.
- Board Certification Pay: $8,000 additional annual bonus as long as board certification maintained.
- Location: Over 40 locations stateside and several more overseas, including Hawaii, Alaska, Italy, Germany, and Korea.

- Time Off: 30 days paid vacation annually plus over 20 days for federal holidays and "Days of no Scheduled Activities."

Army Reserve (Part-Time - 38 days a year)
- Loan Repayment: $60,000 in student loan repayment in $20,000 annual payments to qualifying federal student loans paid directly to the lending institution through the Health Professions Loan Repayment Program (HPLRP).
- Sign-on Bonus: $25,000 annual signing bonus for 4 years of service.
- Board Certification Pay: $8,000 as long as board certification maintained.
- Location: Continue your civilian occupation serving time at a local unit within 50 miles of your location. Transition to different locations as needed.
