Bon Secours Mercy Health offers a guaranteed base compensation. Providers are eligible for multiple bonus opportunities available based on wRVU productivity, quality goals and value-based care. We're located in Chesterfield County, in the town of Midlothian, directly off I-288 on the west side of Richmond. We're 3 miles from the Powhatan County border.
