We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Primary Care & Women’s Health to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned NP/ PA, with at least three years of experience in women’s health and primary care, who is passionate about providing holistic care to patients across their life stages. As a valued team member, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, focusing on preventive, acute, and chronic health needs. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, empathy, and a passion for serving women’s health and primary care needs in our community.

Benefit Highlights:

• Compensation: $130,000 - $250,000
• 4 - 4.5 day workweek
• Up to $10,000 Relocation
• Up to $20,000 Sign-on bonus
