Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - The Woodlands

• Daily Volume Bonus paid monthly based on patient visit metrics met per shift (to reward those who work at the busier centers).
• Quarterly Bonus of up to 10% on top of your clinical base salary, based upon patient satisfaction scores, productivity and quality measures.

• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required. 
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and ANCC or AANP Certification is required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent fulltime experience in an Urgent Care, Primary Care or Emergency Medicine setting required. 
• Experienced and licensed treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages) required. 
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), and preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays required. 
• Licensed in the state of Texas as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN or FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) required.
