Experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Mercy Health – St. Rita’s in Lima, Ohio is seeking a family nurse practitioner to provide primary care at the Mercy Health South Dixie Family Medicine Practice.

• Primary Care and walk-in care.
• All age groups – pediatric to geriatric
• Assess/evaluate, diagnose, establish plan of care for patients.
• Provide treatment - including referrals to other healthcare providers as necessary.
• Perform physical assessments on patients and complete patient histories.
• Order medications, treatments, labs, etc. as described and permitted under the Ohio State Medical Board and the Mercy Health St. Rita's credentialing boards.
• Coordinate patient care, assessment. Counsel and advise patients regarding concerns.
• Monday to Friday – 8 AM to 4 PM

Education and Skills Required:

Current licensure with the state of Ohio as a Family Nurse Practitioner or a Certified Physician Assistant.

Good verbal and written communication skills.
