Family Medicine - Ventura, CA

Hoag Hospital has partnered with an established and reputable Family Medicine practice in Oxnard, CA. We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a physician led organization and to live on the beautiful Central Coast of CA.  

Highlights:

• Competitive compensation package inclusive of a base guaranteed salary from $250k - $300k/Year
• Productivity bonus potential based on: productivity, patient panel size and quality metrics
• Comprehensive benefit package inclusive of medical, dental, vision, retirement (4% match), 3 weeks of PTO, 1 week of sick time and 1 week of CME
• 36 clinical hours/week. 4 hours/week of administrative duties.  
• Schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
• After hours call is only 3-4 weeks for the entire year

• Growing community with a large demand for primary care services.  Heavy emphasis on adult and geriatric population
• Dedicated leadership, administrative and support staff
• Medical Assistants, Medical front Office, referral clerk, medical records, scribes available
• EHR system used is Athena
• Practice has been a part of the community for over 30 years
• Currently 7 locations all throughout Ventura County

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Family Medicine of Internal Medicine program
• Active CA medical license or ability to obtain CA medical license
• Board certified or Board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine 
• Ability to work in the United States
• Ability to commit to fulltime schedule (32-36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours)
