Family Medicine - West Central Illinois

Carle Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our Primary Care practice in East Peoria, Illinois.

Practice opportunity details include: 

• Outpatient clinic that provides Primary Care, walk-In, and Occupational health services
• Clinic hours are Mon - Fri from 8 AM - 6 PM
• Join an established practice with an Advanced Practice Provider and dedicated support staff
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
• Average number of patients/day is 18 - 25
