Hiring physicians to work in the ER at OakBend Medical Center on Jackson Street in Richmond, Texas. 

Join IES, Integrative Emergency Services, a Texas physician-owned group. Hiring full time, part time, and PRN Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians. 

OakBend Medical Center – Richmond on Jackson Street

• 16,500 visits annually
• 45 patients daily
• Single doc coverage
• APP Coverage: 40 hours per week
• EMR: Paragon

Shifts:

• 7AM - 7PM
• 7PM - 7AM

Compensation:

• W2 or 1099
• Base pay & QSP (Quality Service Performance metrics pay)

Benefits:

• Benefits eligible on first clinical shift (W2 full time employee - average 120 hours/month)
• Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD,  401K with immediately  vested  company match
• $2,000 annual  CME/Business Expense Reimbursement 
• $1mil/$3mil Occurrence-based liability insurance coverage (no tail coverage necessary)

Qualifications: 

• BE/BC Emergency Medicine or BC Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with one or more years of post-residency hospital ER experience
• Texas Medical License
• DEA
• ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke, BLS
• ATLS (if not BC EM)

The Emergency Care Centers are affiliated with local nursing schools to provide clinical rotations for RN and EMT students of all levels. Their air ambulance has transfer agreements in place with several Texas Medical Center hospitals for the care of severely injured trauma patients and pediatric patients.
