Gastroenterology Physician- PRN shifts

 UM Shore Medical Group gastroenterologists diagnose, treat and prevent disorders of the digestive system, which includes the esophagus, gallbladder, stomach, small intestine and colon. Our specialists are skilled in performing procedures related to the digestive tract and liver and provide medical, surgical and diagnostic services for all disorders and diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, including:

  • Barrett's Esophagus
  • Colon, pancreatic and stomach cancers
  • Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
  • Inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis

Job Specifics:

  1. Practice has been operational for over 40 years
  2. 4 Physician and 4 NP practice
  3. 1:5 call schedule
  4. Health System employee
  5. Endoscopy Center buy in opportunity
  6. ERCP training preferred but not required

Qualifications

  • Medical Degree
  • Completion of residency training in Internal Medicine.
  • Completion of Fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
  • Maryland medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

 

 

Additional information

Eligible to perform procedure in hospital as well as at Outpatient Surgery Center.
