Hematology/Oncology - Northeast Indiana

Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital, located in Warsaw in the heart of Northern Indiana lake country and part of the Lutheran Health Network, is seeking a BC/BE  Hematology-Oncologist to anchor the Hem/Onc services in our community.  Join us to become the leader of our growing Cancer Care services  as we  enhance the quality care delivered to our patients!   KCH is a part of the Lutheran Health Network  based in Fort Wayne with in-network benefits of collaboration with physicians in a large tertiary care center.

Highlights of Practice

• Caring and attentive team of support services
• Radiation therapy on campus
• Support of 2 NPs in clinic; Average 15 patients/day
• Full diagnostic capabilities on campus, including PET CT
• Professional affiliation with a tertiary referral center less than an hour away
• Consultative call only; hospitalists routinely admit and cover patients at night
• Practice autonomy in a collegial work environment
• 9-chair on-site Ambulatory Infusion Center attached to clinic. Administration of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, supportive medications including antibiotics, iron, IVIG and blood/blood products
• In network access to advanced medical and surgical care
