Orthopedic-Sports Medicine physician with faculty appointment in the Midwest

Holzer Health System is seeking an additional BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon with Sports Medicine Fellowship in Jackson, Ohio. 

• Two-year guaranteed salary $686,000 + production incentive and bonus opportunity
• $25,000 sign on bonus
• Up to $150,000 educational loan reimbursement - qualifies for PSLF program
• Early commitment stipend of $2,000/month, up to 18 months, when signed prior to completion of residency/fellowship program
• CME reimbursement and time off
• Moving expense reimbursement
• Annual time off, health, dental, vision, malpractice, life and long-term disability, and retirement

Practice Details:

• Supported by APP’s, who take first call; 1:3 call, up to 10 days/month (one weekend); when on call, hip fractures are performed Gallipolis
• Will do all sports medicine outpatient surgeries in Jackson
• Great coverage with Sports Medicine program; we cover most of the schools in our market and have been well established over 30 years
• Faculty appointment at Marshall University School of Medicine in Huntington, WV; opportunity to participate in the department's research and educational programs
• Three Orthopedic surgeons, one non-operative Sports Medicine physician, and three Nurse Practitioners
• General Radiology located within Orthopedic department
