The Institute includes a Research Foundation that actively pursues clinical research; established Structural heart program and Cardiology Fellowship, solid radiology relationship; and ongoing physician and community educational activities, the centerpiece of which is the annual Naples Cardiovascular Summit.

Requirements:
- Completion of an ACGME accredited cardiovascular / heart failure fellowship
- Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Advanced Heart Failure and transplant cardiology
- Clinical competency and expertise in caring for patients with mechanical circulatory devices including ECMO
- Clinical competency and expertise in Cardiomyopathies and interest in growing and leading a Cardiomyopathy Clinic
