Job Summary:

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is currently seeking an experienced CRNA to join the established and supportive team at HCA Florida St. Petersburg  Hospital in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida. This is a Fulltime, W-2 position that offers a specific schedule of 16-hour shifts only, Monday through Friday – No weekends. CRNA will work a combination of three (3) shifts one week, followed by two (2) shifts the next week totally 5 shifts bi-weekly. Clinician covers OB as well as any late day/evening cases that come through the Main OR.

Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates:
  • Care Team Model of 3 General Anesthesiologists and 9 CRNAs covering 7 ORs plus 7 NORA sites of service.
  • Average annual surgical volume is 4000 cases and approximately 400 births.
  • Mix of cases including Bread and Butter, General, Orthopedics, Bariatric, OB, GYN, Endo, Plastics and Reconstructive. No Neuro. No Trauma. No Hearts. No Peds.
  • CRNAs are able to practice with autonomy and at the top of their license in a collaborative environment.
  • Fulltime, schedule of 16-hour shifts only. No Call. No weekends.
     
Incentive/Benefits Package:
  • Excellent compensation package based on years’ of experience.

  • Time Away From Practice starting at 8 weeks with no waiting period.
  • Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift. Premium pay rate if clinician offers to pick-up additional shift(s).
