The newest facility is  Upper Chesapeake Medical Center which opened its doors in 2000. Located in the heart of Bel Air in Harford County, Maryland, the state-of-the-art medical center provides the latest advances in medical technology in a healing and compassionate environment. 

The Upper Chesapeake Medical Center has 150 acute care beds, and  adjacent to the medical center is the Ambulatory Care Center of Harford County, containing physician offices, outpatient imaging and laboratory procedures, outpatient pre-assessment testing and assessment, Upper Chesapeake Cardiovascular Institute, the Upper Chesapeake Surgical Pavilion, and the administrative offices of UCH. Also located next to the medical center, is a pre-existing medical office building with physician offices and other healthcare related services.

The second facility of Upper Chesapeake Health is Harford Memorial Hospital (HMH)  which proudly continues the tradition of caring for our community today as it did when it opened its doors on January 1, 1912. The hospital's first home was in a 21-room remodeled frame mansion which has grown to 120 beds.  Harford Memorial Hospital saw the largest increase in admissions of any Maryland hospital in 2007.   Specialty services includes bariatric surgery, pain center, sleep disorder clinic and wound care center.
